Time for a trip to the beach

I am taking and imaginary visit to the beach with Laure Ferlita. This is the perfect time of year for this as February is always so cold and snowy and depressing and seems to last forever.

- I have been a quilter for almost 24 years now. While I love contemporary quilts, my quilting in recent years has had a definite traditional feel to it. My goal for this year is to explore creativity in new mediums, taking classes in art and photography. I feel that in addition to personal satisfaction these creative endeavors with allow me to expand my quilting in new directions. This blog will document that process.
